COACH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Eastern Saints Water Polo Club is continually encouraging development in all aspects of the club and sport.Β To cater for the growing number of members within our club, Eastern Saints WPC encourages young players to develop their skills not only as players, but also as a game officials in the roles of coach and referee.
While our current volunteer coaching base does a fantastic job, we recognise that if we are to develop skills and improve competitiveness, we need to include coaches who have extended experience as a professional coach.
